Return Conditions

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product received was defective, damaged during delivery, or the wrong product was sent.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether it qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

The refund amount may exclude the original shipping fee where applicable.
